Kimchi Pasta w/ Garlic Jalapeno Shrimp

Before cooking, defrost all items under cold water for 30+ minutes until pasta and sauce loosen up. Note that shrimp is already cooked.

For microwave: In a microwave safe container, add pasta, sauce, and shrimp. Heat for 2 minutes, 30 seconds until warm.

For stove top:

  • In a sauté pan on medium high heat, add a little oil and re-heat defrosted shrimp. About 1-2 minutes max. Be careful not to overcook. Set aside.

  • In the same pan on medium heat, add sauce and warm up until loosened. You may need to add a little bit of water to help loosen. Add pasta and toss to coat.

To serve: Plate pasta into serving platter, garnish with shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan/parsley mix. Enjoy!
