Korean Fried Chicken

Before cooking, defrost chicken and sauce pack 24 hours before using in refrigerator.

For conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a parchment lined sheet tray, add fried chicken in an even layer. Place in center rack of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside when a toothpick comes out clean after a good poke in the center.

For air fryer: Preheat fryer to 400 degrees F. Evenly space out fried chicken, and cook in 5 minute intervals. Make sure to flip the pieces between intervals for an even crunch and a toothpick comes out clean after a good poke in the center. (total of 15-20 minutes)

To serve: In a small sauce pan, add sauce and warm on medium heat. Do not let boil. Once, fried chicken and sauce are ready, place both in a large bowl or container and toss to coat evenly. Place in a serving platter. We recommend garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
