Korean Magic Dusted was born during the pandemic, created to make home cooking easier for our big family. What started as a simple seasoning at home quickly made its way into the Seoul Sausage kitchen—where we discovered just how much of a cheat code it truly is.

We’ve done it all In the past 12+ years: pop-ups, multiple restaurants, TV, YouTube, a fleet of food trucks, catering fortune 500 companies across Southern California, and as of most recent wholesaling products to markets and stadiums.

The cuisine in the US is evolving, fast. Seoul Sausage is here to bridge that gap.

We traveled all around the globe with our food and we can confidently say that the world is ready for our bold Korean-American flavors - we just need some great partners to help guide us there!
