THE NEW WAY TO EaT KOReAN BBQ
Seoul Sausage started out as a passion project but quickly became the “new” way to eat Korean BBQ. Within 5 years, this little dream turned into the longest lines at street fairs, requests for private events around the US, catering the hottest events around town, two food trucks, two brick and mortar restaurants (two more on the way) and a residency at the Coliseum for all USC/LA Rams games as well as the new LA Football team LAFC (April 2018).
Via Food Network, Seoul Sausage Company’s very own Yong and Ted Kim (brothers), and Chef Chris Oh were crowned champs of Season 3’s The Great Food Truck Race (2nd biggest show on the Food Network) with over 2+ million views per episode (7 episodes total).
Often tagged as this generation’s ambassadors of Korean food & culture, Seoul Sausage’s mission is quite simple - to take over the world, one sausage at a time!
